Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
You received an incomplete order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Worn, washed, or altered products.
Stitched or customized orders.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong items delivered.
Manufacturing defects.
Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Al Mehtab Collection will cover the return shipping cost.
For approved returns requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
